Shipping policy

If you wish to return or exchange your order, Vancity Beauty Pro must be informed by email within 7 business days from the date you received your items. Orders that are older than 7 days will be not be refunded or be returnable. Shipping fees for returned items also apply on exchanges. You will be refunded for returned items via the same payment method that was used during the purchase.

All items must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. You must receive authorization to return your items.  Returned items must be unopened and in their original packaging. Please include your full name, email address, name of your business, contact number, and the reason for the return.
